Neighbor-to-Neighbor: Community Reflection

The Bembridge House was honored to host the final recap and celebration of the City of Long Beach’s Neighbor-to-Neighbor program, welcoming residents and community partners for an evening of reflection, collaboration, and connection.

The gathering provided space to look back on the program’s impact, highlighting shared successes, challenges, and lessons learned while reinforcing the importance of neighbor-driven engagement throughout Long Beach. Conversations flowed throughout the historic home, emphasizing the value of listening, learning, and building community together.

A highlight of the evening was the live graphic recording by Inkforma, who captured the discussion in a large-scale visual mural that brought key themes and ideas to life. The artwork offered a lasting and accessible snapshot of the collective conversation and vision for the future.

The event was made possible through the continued partnership of City Fabrick and the City of Long Beach, whose commitment to elevating community voices was reflected throughout the evening.
